At Canovi Coffee, every bean is a chapter in our story and every cup is a tribute to our heritage. Our name honors our great-grandfather, who immigrated to America from Italy in the early 1900s. Driven by a strong work ethic and a desire to build a better life for himself and his family, he built and ran several businesses. Grandpa "Pa" Canovi lost his only son in infancy and though he was blessed with three daughters, his desire to carry on the family name never dimmed. With hard work and a clear vision, he laid the foundation for a legacy that continues to inspire us today.

As a small-batch roaster, we strive to bring out the best flavor in every bean. What began as a hobby turned into a passion, and sharing that passion has brought us joy, friendship, and a deeper sense of how a love of coffee can bring people and communities together.
